| A good quality hotel with friendly staff and the Premier room are clean, modern and tidy ( with a choice of pillow styles !) Leisure facilities were indoor pool with very nice sauna and steam room. Full buffet breakfast provided.
We enjoyed our stay but be aware that this hotel is a 15 minute tram ride from anywhere you would want to visit in Istanbul, but as the tram stop is literally outside the hotel and it only costs about $1 a trip it was not really much of a problem - and in some ways a relief to get away from the hectic city centre. |

| トラムの前にあり交通に不便はありませんが、ホテルスタッフの教育がされていません。無論おもてなしの心は微塵も感じられません。とくに サウナの受付はアルバイトですかね、なつていません。部屋は良いのですが、西側にあるので，暑くて窓は開けれません。全体の評価は4つほしの中です。 か？ |

| the hotel was very good in general the staff helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable the only thing i did not like it was far from down town but the the tram was in front of the hotel all in all i was happy during my stay |

| This is a comfortable hotel, not worth five stars as advertised but quite acceptable and quiet. Breakfast at 17 euros p.p. is badly overpriced. Some rooms could use a makeover (new carpets!). The hotel is a good 15-20 minutes by always-crowded tram from tourist spots. Kudos to the delightful Vuslat, who speaks excellent English and Spanish and seems genuinely interested in advising guests and receiving their feedback! |

| Great hotel, tram service towards city centre was very easy to use and took about 15 mins to Sultanahmet.
Would stay again. |

| Femstjärninga hotel i Turkiet är ungefär som Scandic hotel i sverige. Detta hotell hade dock mycket bra service. Restaurangerna kan varmt rekommenderas och är prisvärda.
Om man är här som turist ligger hotellet lite off från alla sevärdheter och kräver transport via metro eller taxi. |

| Very good hotel, few tram stops from the historic sites. Comfortable rooms, good A/C. Quiet. Good breakfast buffet. A bit disapointed by the indoor pool and spa facilities. Also teh elevators need upgrading. I'd stay there again without hesitation. |

| Hotel service was very poor I had six rooms reserved first when we arrived they did not have my room ready thenm they put us in lower (standard VS club) rooms and none of the room was the same one had coffee maker one did not one had bath coat one did not under the bed was very dirty my guest and my family were not happy with service they got from resturant and front desk. |
