| Cet hôtel vendu comme sité dans un palais extraordinaire est en fait un batiment en béton situé à côté du dit palais attenant. Donc aucun charme et de surcroit un peu vieillot: téléviseur hors d'âge dans les chambres pour un hôtel très cher.
Point positif la piscine extérieure magnifique et la salle de sport très bien équipée. |

| Ciragan Kempiski is a very nice hotel with a very efficient and top quality personnel. Its location is however not extremely convenient with regard to easy and quick access to places to visit in Istanbul. Quality of service is excellent but some prices are far from acceptable (e.g. mark-up on wines). |

| had requsteda park view and also booked and paid for one. the only view from the room was of the taxi stand in the hotel. be sure of the type of room before booking. |

| Poor check-in staff, rude and not attentive. Concierge was excellent and room was nice and confortable and roomy. The view of the Bosphorus was wonderful and the pool was beautiful. The location was beautiful for the view but was a 20-30 minute cab ride (depending on traffic which was heavy) from hotel to the major sights of Istanbul in the old city area (Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, St. Sofia etc). If choosing again as a tourist, I would move to the old town area nearer the sights to save the time and cost of taxi commutes. |
