| It's a nice Hotel convenient for business and vacation stay.
Surrounding is good, easy access to Taksim square, few meters from Hotel to Metro station.
Good service, front desk and room furniture smart design layout.
I will reselect for my next trip to Istanbul. |

| El hotel es impecable a igual que el servicio y el personal: 10/10!!! Sin embargo, su localización respecto al 'cuerno de oro' es algo lejana y lo que sobre todo aqueja es QUE NO TIENE NINGUNA VISTA SOBRE EL BOSFORO-CUERNO DE ORO. too bad, too sad.... |

| Hotel staff is happy to do the minimum for guests, but don't go to any extra effort as in other Hyatts. The room was nice, but we paid extra for a larger room which turned out to be no bigger than the size of a standard room in other hotels. |

| The hotel was beautiful! The staff was unbelieveably accomidating! The food was fantastic. Wonderful experience! |

| The nightly cost of the room was appropriate, but any additional services were very expensive, such as sodas, meals, breakfast buffet and drinks. We also used a tour guide affiliated with the hotel who was knowledgable and helpful but the cost charged to us by the hotel was unexpectedly way too much. |
