| Very helpful desk clerks. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent variety of foods offered in the dining room. I had a massage and was very pleased with ease of making appointment and the massage I received. The hallways leading to rooms was very dark and could be difficult to get around for those having visual problems. |

| This hotel was in the middle of nowhere. It wasn't close to anything - not the airport, not any sort of city, not any food/restaurants, nothing. Also, what kind of place in 2012 still uses "wired" internet? They had wireless...but only in the executive suites. What is that about? And the room service food was rather poor.
All that being said, the hotel itself was very nice. The spa was well-stocked with amenities (although the steam room was simply too hot), and the room was plenty comfortable. If you need to be in the area, there are worse places you could stay. 50/50 on whether or not I would return. |

| Don't understand why they call it "Airport" Hotel!? I had an rental and to get there during the day, it's hell with since traffic is so bad in Istanbul. Anyway, not bad for couple nights stay. |

| Room service food wasn't the greatest and the menu was limited. Wasn't the closest to the airport, but... One of the best night's sleep I had in a long time. The room was clean and comfortable. Best room experience for a holiday inn.
Staff forgot to aid me in my cord request for an Internet cable so I had to go down to grab it. That was a bit annoying, but forgivable. Overall a friendly staff. |

| One of the better airport hotels I have stayed in. Very modern clean and comfortable. I stayed only one night and arrived late so cannot comment on the facilities or neighbourhood.
I was very pleased with my stay as it was good value for money and a short drive to the airport. |

| the hotel is elegant. Staff is excellent and helpful. The buffet is superior. The only negative I found was the location if you want to go sight seeing. It is close to the airport, however. |

| This is a convenient hotel in distance from airport. it was nice the food at the buffet look very appetizing. Only one problem there was mold in the bathroom tub area. But this was perfect for the one night stay. |
