| Awesome property to stay in Istanbul. The hotel is Located right at the Taksim square and a few minutes walk would lead to the popular Istiklal street. The hotel staff is very courteous and the check in would not take time, an assistant would lead you to the room and will explain basics of the room and the hotel.
The concierge service of the hotel is very good and for first timers is very important due to language issues and at times the tendency to over charge by the young cab drivers in the city.
The only issue with the hotel is that the in room dining seems expensive. |

| Really liked the quality of the hotel, size of the room, etc. However, everything is severely overpriced, from room service to internet to the spa treatments. |

| the room was extremely comfortable. amazing shower, amazing bed. up there with the westin heavenly setup. the city lights bar terrace rooftop bar is marvelous: you can see hagia sophia and blue mosque from there.
prices for food/drink @ the hotel are extremely expensive, but that's to be expected. i would suggest eating nearby at taksim square, or along the bosphorus there's some amazing places. |

| The public areas were impeccable, but our "up-graded" room had terribly soiled and stained carpets!
The reception staff barely spoke english! I chose this hotel because I do not speak Turkish and I was counting on the staff being bi-lingual!
Our view WAS amazing - as promised! |

| Excellent service from the porter, to the front desk, to the concierge. Bed did not provide enough support. Internet service was "wired only" in the room. A hotel of this class should convert to wireless for the rooms and eliminate the charge for access. |
