Recent Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Review: "This hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and a perfect spot for a layover before our 22 hour flight to Melbourne, Australia. Our room was very comfortable and attractively furnished and overlooked the Sea of Marmara. We spent the afternoon by the pool which was very relaxing. Dinner was at the Cookbook in the hotel. We had a delicious meal and  Turkish wine whilst a trio played Ramadan music. A lovely experience. The sights of Istanbul are only a taxi ride away. Would be happy to recommend this hotel."
